ecolealumni.com is not the property of ecole International School, Kandy. The site is created in good intentions of serving the community of ecole International School and is in no way affiliated to the school.
Problems or disputes araising from the use of this site will not be addressed by ecolealumni.com. ecolealumni.com is a tool created to facilitate communication among alumni, students and faculty. ecolealumni.com will not be in any way responsible for the disputes araising from the use of this site.
Access to ecolealumni Global Network is restricted to the students and school staff of ecole International School in Kandy and Digana.

1. ecolealumni reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Your continued use of ecolealumni Global Network constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.

2. The service is offered free to former students, graduating students, staff and those currently pursuing their education.

3. Please note: ecolealumni.com is not an internet service provider. In order to use ecolealumni Global Network, you must have internet access and all the software (and skills) required for email and web usage.

4. ecolealumni.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to the failure or termination of the service, although we will make reasonable efforts to let you know in advance of foreseeable service interruptions.

Except during updates and error handling, the administration and the development team of ecolealumni Global Network will neither be monitoring nor administrating the site and its contents.
You agree not to use the forum of ecolealumni (eforum) to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws. You also agree that you will not post any copyrighted material that is not owned by yourself or the owners of these forums.

You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless this forum and their agents with respect to any claim based upon any post you may make. We also reserve the right to reveal whatever information we know about you in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by yourself.

Although messages posted are not the responsibility of this forum and we are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any or no reason whatsoever. Any e-mail name which could be construed as offensive or which could bring the ecolealumni or the School into disrepute maybe removed.
7. The service is strictly for personal and non-commercial use. It is not intended as a business service (e.g. a helpdesk or ordering e-mail address)and the administrator reserves the right to terminate the service if business use is evident.

8. While the the administration and the development team of ecolealumni.com will not make any attempt to gain access to the content of Private messenger and other mode of communication used in the forum, their complete security cannot be guaranteed since e-mail is not a secure transmission medium.

9. The Alumni Portal and the email forwarding service is provided by the ParavimSoft Inc. to facilitate communication among members of the organization's alumni.
